Every software vendor calls itself the best. We would rather show you the standard we hold ourselves to and let you measure UlvionTech against it. This is how we define a good AI integration partner, and how we work.
What "best" should mean for AI integration
The best AI integration company is not the one with the most impressive demo. It is the one whose system is still doing useful work in your business months after launch. That comes down to three things: the system runs on your real data, it removes a specific repeated task, and your team can keep maintaining it.
Start from your own data, not a generic chatbot
A generic chatbot knows nothing about your contracts, your customers or your process. We build AI systems that connect to your internal documents, CRM records, support tickets, databases and ERP, so every answer and every action comes from your own business context, and the system reduces manual work instead of adding a new tool to check.
What we build
- Custom LLM integrations that work with your data (RAG pipelines)
- Document analysis, extraction and classification
- AI-powered search across internal knowledge bases
- Workflow automation connected to CRMs and ERPs
- Reporting assistants and data summarization tools
- Predictive scoring and recommendation systems
How a project runs
Every project follows the same five stages, and each one ends with something you can read, click or use, so you are never asked to approve a stage you cannot see.
- Discovery call: a 30–45 minute conversation about what you want to change. You get a written summary of the problem as we understood it.
- Scope and proposal: we split the work into deliverables, decide what belongs in the first version and what can wait, and put a fixed price on it.
- Design and architecture: interface flows and technical architecture are decided together, so what gets designed can actually be built and maintained.
- Build: two-week cycles, each ending with a working version on a test environment you can open yourself.
- Launch and after: we deploy to production, set up monitoring, train your team and stay on through the agreed support period.
The stack behind it
For AI work we typically use Python and FastAPI for services, LangChain and OpenAI models for language features, Pinecone for vector search and PostgreSQL for your data. Where a feature needs something else, we say so in the proposal. The aim is a result your own team can keep running.
Questions to ask any AI integration partner
- Which of our own data will the system use, and where will it live?
- Which single repeated task will it take off our team first?
- What will we hold at the end of each stage?
- Who maintains it after handover, and what does the support period cover?
- What is the fixed price of the first version?
