This policy explains what data UlvionTech collects when you visit ulviontech.com and how it is used. For your rights under Turkish data protection law, see the KVKK notice as well.

1. What we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), project type and your message.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical records such as IP address, browser type and request time for a limited period, for security and debugging.

2. Cookies

The site uses only cookies it needs to work: one that remembers your language, and, when bot protection is enabled, those set by Cloudflare Turnstile. There are no advertising, tracking or marketing cookies.

3. How data is used

  • Replying to your enquiry and scheduling a project conversation.
  • Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse.

4. Service providers

  • EmailJS (delivery of form emails)
  • Amazon Web Services, AWS Amplify (hosting)
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection, when enabled)
  • Sanity (management of blog content; processes no visitor data)

5. Retention and security

Form data is kept for at most 12 months when an enquiry does not lead to a project. Data is stored in accounts accessible only to authorised team members and is encrypted in transit.

6. Your rights and contact

To access, correct or delete your data, write to info@ulviontech.com. When this policy changes, the date on this page is updated.
