Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

1. Data controller

UlvionTech operates from Tarabya, Aydınevler Yıldırım Çk., 34457 Sarıyer/İstanbul. For any question about your personal data, write to info@ulviontech.com.

2. Personal data we process

Only the data you provide through the contact form is processed:

• Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional).
• Enquiry details: the project type you selected and the text of your message.
• Security details: the date and time of submission and, when bot protection is enabled, the verification token issued by Cloudflare Turnstile.

3. Purposes

• Assessing your enquiry and replying to you.
• Scheduling a project conversation and preparing a proposal.
• Preventing abuse of the form and automated submissions.

4. Legal basis and method of collection

Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of KVKK: processing that is directly related to establishing or performing a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller. The consent you give before sending the form confirms that you have read this notice and agree to be contacted.

5. Sharing

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. The following providers are used, to the extent needed for your enquiry to reach us:

• EmailJS: delivering the form contents to our team by email.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify): hosting the website.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (when enabled): bot protection.

6. Retention

If your enquiry does not lead to a project, your data is kept for at most 12 months from the date of the enquiry and then deleted. If a contract is concluded, the data is kept for the duration of the relationship and any statutory retention period.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom the data has been transferred.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Request deletion or destruction of the data under the conditions set out in KVKK.
• Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties.
• Object to a result that arises against you from analysis by exclusively automated systems.
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
